This summer, I invite you to plant a mustard seed in a cup of soil. Water it, and watch it grow. And as you watch it grow, remember that the smallest of seeds can become the largest plant. The same with the seed of the Kingdom of God in our hearts. The smallest seed, when nurtured, can conquer the universe with love.

Weekly Nourishment

‘Pesach’ is the Hebrew word for Passover. Our word “Paschal” is a derivative of Pesach. In effect, Christ became our Passover, our Paschal Lamb, when he gave us his body and blood at the Last Supper.

As summer approaches, let us renew our effort to be nourished weekly by the Body and Blood of Christ at the Table of the Lord.
