The Life Teen International catchphrase, leading teens closer to Christ, has been adapted as the mission for adolescents here at St. Francis Xavier with the kickoff of our own Life Teen program.
Life Teen is a program deliberately designed to inspire high school teens to build a profound, lasting relationship with Christ. Our teens are encouraged and challenged to acquire a deeper knowledge of their Catholic faith, develop a personal and consistent prayer life, and become active members of their parish and community.
Made possible by a dedicated CORE team of young adults, our teens experience weekly Life Nights on Sunday evenings and weekend-long spring and fall retreats. Our personal goal is to give all high school teens an opportunity to encounter Christ in a unique, meaningful way, which is why any and every teen is always welcome to attend our events.
Life Teen meets weekly on Sunday Evenings beginning with our Teen Mass at 5:00pm with the program after Mass from 6:15pm to 8:00pm. To register your child or get more information about volunteering, please contact our Coordinator of Youth Ministry.
