Dear parishioners and friends of St. Francis Xavier Parish and School,
For generations, our parish has been a spiritual home where families find belonging, faith is nurtured, and our mission, guided by Ignatian principles, takes root. Our parish school, one of our most cherished ministries, shares deeply in that mission by forming students academically and spiritually, shaping them into kids for others within the life of the parish.
Today, our mission is thriving and growing. With growth comes both opportunity and responsibility. Our facilities are being stretched beyond what they were intended for, limiting how we gather, pray, learn, and serve. At the same time, we are inspired by what lies ahead. As we approach significant milestones–100 years as a parish in 2028 and 90 years for our school this year–we have been thoughtfully discerning how best to strengthen our parish campus for the future.
Guided by a comprehensive planning process and shaped by the voices of parishioners, parents, staff, faculty, and leadership, we are exploring several important projects, and we want to know what you think. To assist us, we have engaged the Steier Group, a leading Catholic development consulting firm, to conduct a campaign planning study. This study will help us understand which projects you believe are most important and gauge support for a potential capital campaign.

Estimados feligreses y amigos de la Parroquia y Escuela San Francisco Javier:
Durante generaciones, la Parroquia San Francisco Xavier ha sido un hogar espiritual donde las familias encuentran pertenencia, se cultiva la fe, y nuestra misión, guiada por los principios ignacianos, arraiga. Nuestra escuela parroquial, uno de nuestros ministerios más apreciados, comparte profundamente esa misión formando a los estudiantes académica y espiritualmente, convirtiéndolos en niños para los demás dentro de la vida de la parroquia.
Hoy, nuestra misión está prosperando y creciendo. Con el crecimiento vienen tanto oportunidades como responsabilidades. Nuestras instalaciones están siendo estiradas más allá de lo que fueron diseñadas, lo que limita cómo nos reunimos, oramos, aprendemos, y servimos.
