A sincere thank you to everyone who participated in our recent planning study! The survey is now officially closed. Over the last few weeks, the Steier Group connected with hundreds of parish and school families to gather vital feedback on the proposed projects.
Their team is now carefully reviewing your input and preparing a final report for our pastor, Father Bob and our parish leadership. We will share these findings with the entire parish community in the very near future. Please keep St. Francis Xavier in your prayers as we discern the next steps for our future.
Dear parishioners and friends of St. Francis Xavier Parish and School,
For generations, our parish has been a spiritual home where families find belonging, faith is nurtured, and our mission, guided by Ignatian principles, takes root. Our parish school, one of our most cherished ministries, shares deeply in that mission by forming students academically and spiritually, shaping them into kids for others within the life of the parish.
Today, our mission is thriving and growing. With growth comes both opportunity and responsibility. Our facilities are being stretched beyond what they were intended for, limiting how we gather, pray, learn, and serve. At the same time, we are inspired by what lies ahead. As we approach significant milestones–100 years as a parish in 2028 and 90 years for our school this year–we have been thoughtfully discerning how best to strengthen our parish campus for the future.
Guided by a comprehensive planning process and shaped by the voices of parishioners, parents, staff, faculty, and leadership, we are exploring several important projects, and we want to know what you think. To assist us, we have engaged the Steier Group, a leading Catholic development consulting firm, to conduct a campaign planning study. This study will help us understand which projects you believe are most important and gauge support for a potential capital campaign.

¡Un sincero agradecimiento a todos los que participaron en nuestro reciente estudio de planificación! La encuesta ya está oficialmente cerrada. Durante las últimas semanas, el Grupo Steier se puso en contacto con cientos de familias de la parroquia y de la escuela para recopilar comentarios fundamentales sobre los proyectos propuestos.

Para ayudarnos, hemos contratado al Steier Group, una firma líder en consultoría de desarrollo católico, para conducir un estudio de planificación de campaña. Este estudio nos ayudará a entender cuáles proyectos consideras más importantes y a medir el apoyo para una posible campaña de capital.
